Transformation of Agrarian Law and National Defense in Realizing a Sustainable Digital Land Administration System
Abstract
The transformation of agrarian law and national defense is increasingly important in realizing a sustainable digital land administration system that can ensure legal certainty, administrative efficiency, data security, and equitable access to land resources. This study aims to analyze the transformation of agrarian law and its relationship with national defense in the development of digital land administration. This research employs a library research method by examining relevant legal regulations, scholarly literature, books, academic articles, and other authoritative sources concerning agrarian law, land administration, digital transformation, and national defense. The findings indicate that digital transformation in land administration requires legal adaptation, institutional strengthening, integrated data governance, and enhanced protection of land information. From a national defense perspective, accurate and secure land data are strategic assets for maintaining territorial sovereignty and preventing land-related conflicts. Therefore, the transformation of agrarian law should be aligned with technological development to establish a transparent, secure, integrated, and sustainable digital land administration system that supports legal certainty and national resilience.
