Abstract
Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) is an important aspect in minimizing work accidents and creating a safe working environment in construction projects. This study aims to analyze the implementation of SMK3, identify the influencing factors, and evaluate the efforts to overcome obstacles in the SPKT Building Construction Project of Jembrana Police Resort. The study applied a descriptive quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to 30 respondents involved in the project. Data were analyzed using SPSS through descriptive statistical analysis based on mean values. The results showed that the implementation of SMK3 was categorized as very appropriate with a mean value of 3.301. The influencing factors were categorized as influential with a mean value of 3.0417, where occupational safety training became the most dominant factor. The obstacles found included lack of K3 training, low awareness of personal protective equipment (PPE) usage, and inadequate safety planning. The efforts undertaken included increasing K3 training, strengthening supervision, and improving safety facilities on the project site.
