UJI EFEKTIVITAS PEMBERIAN SALEP EKSTRAK IKAN PATIN (Pangasius sp.) TERHADAP PENYEMBUHAN LUKA BAKAR STADIUM II KRONIK TERTUTUP PADA TIKUS PUTIH JANTAN GALUR WISTAR

Abstract

Burns is a form of tissue damage or loss. Burns II stadium suffered damage to the dermis to almost all parts of the hypodermic. Snakehead fishis a natural material that can be used as a drug in chronic II stadium burns closed. The purpose of this study to find out that the oil phase extract ointment Snakehead fishhave healing effectiveness against chronic II stadium closed burns in male rats wistar strain. This study used 20 rats and divided into 5 groups: Group A normal group, creams burnazin (positive control), ointment base (negative control), ointments oil phase extracts of Snakehead fishconcentration of 10% and 20% against 4 rats with burns chronic II stadium closed and observation until day 17 of treatment. The area of the wound was measured with the image J program Macbiophotonic, calculated% (percentage) of healing power and AUC values. Statistical test to the average AUC value per mouse with SPSS for Windows 22.0 program using One Way ANOVA and Post-hoc LSD test. The analysis showed that there was no significant difference (p> 0.05) between the group treated with the negative control group (AUC = 596.25% x days) and normal controls (AUC = 596.85% x days). This indicates that the oil phase extract ointment Snakehead fish do not have the effectiveness of healing chronic burns II stadium chronic closed in wistar male rats.
