Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is a significant influence between work and job satisfaction on employee performance at Astra Motor Bima. This type of research includes associative research, which is a method used to determine the relationship between two or more variables. The population in this study were 46 employees of Astra Motor Bima. Consisting of MPK 12 people, Outsourcing 8 people and sales 26 people. So with this the researcher determined a sample of 46 respondents. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample of 46 respondents. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, referring to the Likert scale, data analysis techniques use Validity Tests and Reliability Tests, Classical Assumption Tests, Multiple Linear Regression. Research results: There is a partially significant influence between motivation on employee performance at Astra Motor Bima. There is no partial significant influence between job satisfaction on employee performance at Astra Motor Bima. There is a simultaneous significant influence between work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at Astra. Bima Motorbike.
