ANALISIS TEKNIK DASAR SEPAK BOLA PADA TIM TARUNA JAYA FC USIA 10-17 TAHUN DI KECAMATAN WERA KABUPATEN BIMA
Abstract
This study aimed to describe the level of basic soccer skills among Taruna Jaya FC players aged 10–17 years in Wera District, Bima Regency, using a quantitative descriptive design. The sample consisted of 15 active players selected through total sampling. Data were collected using basic soccer skill tests covering passing, dribbling, shooting, and heading. The data were analyzed using frequencies, percentages, and additional coded-category descriptive statistics to clarify the tendency of each skill because individual raw scores were not available in the source manuscript. The results showed that passing was the most dominant skill: 5 players (33.33%) were in the very good category, 5 players (33.33%) in the good category, and 5 players (33.33%) in the fair category, with no players in the poor or very poor categories. Dribbling and shooting were the weakest skills because 9 players (60.00%) were categorized as poor or very poor in each skill. Heading was also not optimal, with 7 players (46.67%) categorized as poor or very poor. These findings should be interpreted cautiously because the study involved a small sample and a wide age range, which may reflect differences in maturation, training experience, and physical development. The results can be used as an initial evaluation for designing more targeted basic technique training, especially for dribbling, shooting, and gradual heading practice.
