<p><em>Early childhood educators are stimulating aspects of children's cognitive development. Cognitive development is a human thought process to assess, connect, and consider a particular problem. Cognitive development in children refers to the way of thinking, reasoning, solving problems, and being able to use various symbols such as words, images, gestures, and numbers. The objectives of this study are: 1) obtaining information 2) produce interactive learning multimedia that is appropriate for initial reading skills; 3) to determine the effectiveness of the media produced for the child's early reading ability. This research is a type of research and development that refers to the Dick & Carey model. The research stage conducted was 9 out of 10 stages of the Dick & Carey model. The population in the study consisted of 3 schools totaling 60 students. The sampling technique is purposive sampling with a sample of 27 people consisting of one-to-one evaluation subjects of 3 children in one school. The subject of small group evaluation is 9 people in one different school. The subject of the field trial evaluation is one class, namely 15 people in one different school. The data collection instruments used are questionnaires, observations, and tests. Data analysis was carried out in a qualitative descriptive and quantitative descriptive manner. The results of the study are as follows. (1) Multimedia Development of Interactive Learning There are several media in it, namely text, audio, visual, color, and animation. (2) Multimedia interactive learning is packaged into a flash disk with elements such as text, visuals, colors, audio, and animation. (3) Multimedia interactive learning can improve children's early reading ability. The average score of the pretest was 70.7 and the average posttest was 95. It can be seen that the average score of children increased by 26% after using interactive learning multimedia. <p><em>This research aims to (1) To determine the development of a Flipbook-Based E-module in the Basics of Visual Communication Design Subject for Class X DKV UPT SMKN 2 Bone. (2.) To determine the validity of developing a flipbook-based e-module in the Basics of Visual Communication Design subject for Class X DKV UPT SMKN 2 Bone. (3) To find out the practicality of developing a flipbook-based e-module in the Basics of Visual Communication Design subject for Class X DKV UPT SMKN 2 Bone. The ADDIE (analysis, development, implementation and evaluation) model is used in this research and development (R&D). Qualitative and quantitative data were used in this research. Qualitative data consists of students' opinions regarding the products produced as well as validator comments and suggestions. Meanwhile, measurable data comes from student response questionnaires and media, material and language validation. This research was carried out at UPT SMKN 2 Bone. Interviews, observations, student response questionnaires, and expert validation questionnaires were used to collect research data. After that, the data is checked to ensure the level of validity and practicality of the product. The results of research and development include (1) teaching materials in the form of Flipbook-based E-modules in the Basics of Visual Communication Design subject for Class 53 in the very valid category, material validation results with an average score of 3.69 in the very valid category, and language validation results with an average score of 3.20 in the valid category with an overall validation average of 3.47 in the valid category , (3) the results of the practicality of the electronic module from student response questionnaires through large-scale trials with an average score of 83% in the very practical category. <p><em>This study aims to find out the problems speaking at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Yaqien Sayang-sayang Cakranegara, which is located at the P. Diponegoro. The writer uses interviews as a research instrument consisting of 5 students, the writer provides conclusions on the intent and purpose of increasing students interest in speaking. In addition, the student’s main problems in speaking are difficulties in pronunciation, lack of vocabulary so that students show that learning to speak English is not fun. This study would like to suggest that, for English teachers, it is better to encourage them to increase their willingness to communicate well so that their desire to learn and keep practising arises. Regardless of its importance, teaching speaking skills has been underestimated, and the most ELF\ESL teachers continue their teaching of speaking skills just as memorization of dialogues or drill repetition. Nevertheless, the modern world requires learners to have communication skills, and English teachers have to teach the ELL (E-language learning system) the necessary skills so that they can develop their speaking skills and perform well in real life situations. <p><em>Quality of Education is the ability or competence of Educational Institutions in utilizing and managing educational resources, which are used to improve students' learning abilities as optimally as possible. Quality education is education that is able to carry out the process of maturing the quality of students which is developed by freeing students from ignorance, incompetence, helplessness, unrighteousness, and from bad morals and faith. Since its inception, SMA Muhammadiyah Purwodadi has been committed to guaranteeing the quality of education units. Guarantees carried out thoroughly from the input, process, output, and outcome. The input of resources at SMA Muhammadiyah Purwodadi is very adequate in terms of quantity and quality, except for the interaction of students who are only sufficiently capable with a range of values of 75.00-83.00. Analyzed from the process, SMA Muhammadiyah Purwodadi is committed to carrying out learning very well. The analysis was carried out at the learning preparation stage with the availability of learning administrative documents, the learning implementation process and the assessment process. Analysis of the output shows that a number of students who took part in education at the end of class XII have successfully passed 100%. Besides that, the achievements of the SMA Muhammadiyah Purwodadi students were also very encouraging. However, these achievements are not too significant for academic achievements. Judging from the outcome, on average almost 30% of SMA Muhammadiyah Purwodadi graduates are absorbed in tertiary institutions, both public and private universities. <p><em>The incidence of speech and language delay disorders in children in Indonesia ranges from 2.3-24.6%. The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommends that electronic media screen exposure should not be given to children under 18 months of age. While at the age of 2 to 4 years, exposure to electronic media screens is suggested to be limited to about 1 hour per day. The influence of the duration of the digital devices in electronic media screen exposure (screen time) greatly impacts language development. This study aims to determine the correlation between duration and frequency of exposure to screen time on language development of toddlers at Kendalkerep health center in Malang city. This study used a cross-sectional method with questionnaires and KPSP measuring instruments to determine language development in toddlers at Kendalkerep Health Center in Malang City. There was a correlation between duration and frequency of exposure to screen time on language development of toddlers at Puskesmas Kendalkerep in Malang City with a spearman correlation of duration and language development of r=0.375 (Moderate), while the spearman correlation of frequency and language development was r=0.424 (Moderate). This is very concerning and disturbing for those in the world of education because bullying behavior can have an impact on student behavior in the form of greater aggression in the future. In addition, it can also cause psychological disorders in the form of depression for victims. Providing effective intervention for perpetrators of bullying must be adjusted to the emotional condition of the perpetrator as well as the victim. Thus, one of the right approaches is to provide rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT). The basic assumption of the REBT approach is that it can improve the resilience of students who are victims of bullying to be better. <p><em>Job satisfaction, stress levels, working conditions, competence, and compensation can affect hospital staff retention, including job satisfaction, stress levels, working conditions, and competence. Employees feel that their responsibilities are increasing as they start a new life as a family. In addition, employees often experience family problems that can affect their performance at work. Another problem that arises is the suboptimal implementation of work-life balance. There are employees who are unable to balance their work and personal lives, which have an impact on their less than optimal work performance. It is difficult to divide time between working in the hospital and working at home. This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance on employee job satisfaction through burnout of female nurses at Mataram City Hospital and the effect of work-life balance on employee job satisfaction through Burnout of female nurses at Mataram City Hospital the impact of life balance. Researchers used a questionnaire designed to collect data, a survey was conducted on 348 female nurses. Using probability-based sampling techniques, 80 female nurses were selected as samples, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and the Sobel test. Thus, the following conclusions can be drawn as: 1) the results of the study indicate that the Work Life Balance variable has a negative and insignificant effect on job satisfaction in female nurses at Mataram City General Hospital. This means that Work Life Balance does not affect job satisfaction so that the proposed hypothesis is not accepted; 2) the results of the study indicate that the Work Family Conflict variable has a negative and insignificant effect on job satisfaction in female nurses at Mataram City General Hospital. <p>This research uses Netboard.me-based learning media with experimental research type, one-group pretest posttest design with quantitative descriptive methods which aims to measure how much influence Netboard.me-based multimodal interactive digital learning has in improving collaboration, communication and critical thinking skills. The data in this research was taken through pretest-posttest and non-test results in the form of observation sheets, self-assessment questionnaires and student responses. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that students collaborated and communicated very well through observations, the self-assessment questionnaire got the highest results of 90% in giving, listening and supporting ideas, as well as sharing ideas and thoughts with others. Very good criteria are obtained in conveying opinions in writing clearly and concisely through a communication skills self-assessment questionnaire. Student responses to Netboard.me-based learning media obtained very very good criteria, namely 91% for interest and 95% for language use. Based on the results of the assessment of critical thinking skills indicators in the pretest and posttest results, students showed a significant increase in the average percentage of indicators. The N-Gain results obtained 59.2552% which is included in the quite effective category. The results of the two paired sample t-test show an increase in critical thinking skills through multimodal interactive digital learning based on netboard.me. <p><em>The Implementation of Free Education Financing Policy at SMK Negeri 1 Paringin Balangan Regency (Study of Perda No. 2 of 2010 on Education). The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) the implementation of free education finance policy at SMK Negeri 1 Paringin Balangan regency, with reference to the provisions on the financing of education in the law, (2) the factors supporting and inhibiting a successful implementation financing policy of free education at SMK Negeri 1 Paringin Balangan regency. The research method in this study is a qualitative method with a case study approach. The results of the research that has been done is: (1) the implementation of free education finance policy at SMK 1 Paringin Balangan regency by the law as a whole has been implemented and achieved well with approximately 78.5% achievement rate, (2) the factors to be supporting goals or objectives are clear and consistent policies, the implementation process has a clear legal basis in order to ensure compliance officers happened on the field and target groups, the commitment and expertise of the policy implementers, stakeholders and support the stability of the social, economic and political. <p><em>This study aims to understand the influence of Problem-Based Learning model assisted by Fishbone in developing science process skills on learning outcomes of 10th-grade students at SMA Negeri 12 Bone. The population of the research was all 10th-grade students at SMA Negeri 12 Bone, with the research sample selecting one class, specifically all students in class X6 totaling 35 students. Data collection techniques involved distributing questionnaires and documentation. The research type was a pre-experimental design using the "One-shot Case Study" research design. Data analysis techniques employed descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis by conducting normality tests, homogeneity tests, and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 23. <p><em>The purpose of this study is to perceive the students’ affect toward TOEFL test at UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar. The research methodology employed was mixed method. The participants encompasses of this research were </em>373 (three hundred and seventy three) students who graduated at UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar for getting quantitative data. Then, there were 37 (thirty seven) students participated on getting qualitative data. <em>The instruments utilized to collect the data were questionnaire along with interview guide. The research findings stipulate that most of students have positive affect toward toward TOEFL test at UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar. It was </em>78,87 %.. Thus, <em>it can be interpreted that </em>the regulation of providing TOEFL test become useful and be righteous to be continued by UPB since most of students like to have positive affect. It signify that there was a positive affect of students’ toward TOEFL test. Retaining TOEFL training will be needed for the students to acquire the sufficient score since to get the sufficient score, good affect only become one of the factors to get the sufficient score.</p>Silfia Rahmi

<p><strong>Abstrak</strong><strong>:</strong>Riset ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis partisipasi masyarakat pada kesenian musik Thoklik, menganalisis fungsi kesenian serta melihat adanya nilai-nilai budaya pada kesenian musik Thoklik sebagai Identitas budaya. Riset ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan interdisiplin ilmu, yakni etnomusikologi, sosiologi dan antropologi. Data dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer maupun sekunder yang diperoleh dari observasi, wawancara, serta studi dokumen. Pengabasahan data dilakukan teknik triangualasi, sumber data dan teori. Teknik analisis data mencakup; Pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, serta verifikasi data.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasanya partisipasi masyarakat dalam kesenian Thoklik mencakup aspek perencanaan, pelaksanaan, hingga evaluasi yang dijalankan secara musyawarah. Partisipasi aktif ini menunjukkan antusiasme warga dalam melestarikan tradisi sekaligus mendukung promosi budaya dan pariwisata. Selain berfungsi sebagai hiburan, Thoklik juga memainkan peran penting sebagai alat komunikasi dan sistem keamanan lingkungan (Siskamling). Dalam kesenian musik Thoklik terdapat tiga faktor yang membentuk identitas budaya yaitu; faktor kepercayaan, faktor Bahasa, serta faktor pola perilaku. Faktor kepercayaan ditunjukkan dari bagaimana kesenian musik Thoklik digunakan sebagai media komunikasi membangunkan sahur. Faktor Bahasa meliputi penggunaan lirik berbahasa Jawa dalam lagu “Tempat Piknik Gunungkidul”. Pola perilaku masyarakat yang mencerminkan penghormatan terhadap nilai-nilai agama dan adat, hal ini terlihat dari tata busana tradisional yang digunakan saat pertunjukan.Kesimpulan penelitian ini, dalam keberlangsungan kesenian musik Thoklik terdapat partisipasi aktif masyarakat. Selanjutnya, Kesenian Musik Thoklik memiliki nilai-nilai budaya yang menjadi sebuah Identitas budaya. <p><em>This study evaluates the effectiveness of using PhET (Physics Education Technology) simulations in enhancing critical thinking skills and learning outcomes of students on the topic of electricity at the junior high school level. Employing a quantitative approach and experimental design, the study involved 60 ninth-grade students from SMP Asy-Syifa Sukoharjo Boarding School, divided into control and experimental groups. Data were collected using validated and reliable questionnaires to measure critical thinking skills and students' learning outcomes. The data analysis revealed that the use of PhET simulations significantly improved critical thinking skills (p=0.008) and learning outcomes (p<0.001). Students in the experimental group demonstrated a higher average improvement in learning outcomes compared to the control group, with consistently enhanced conceptual understanding of electricity. These findings suggest that PhET simulations are an effective interactive learning tool for fostering conceptual comprehension and developing critical thinking skills. <p>Perundungan di sekolah dianggap sebagai masalah serius karena dampak negatif yang timbul sangat besar terhadap perkembangan psikologis dan emosional korbannya. Prevalensi siswa yang mengalami perundungan di SMKS Muhammadiyah 4 Sukorejo adalah sekitar 54,5% dari populasi, sedangkan jenis perundungan yang paling sering terjadi adalah perundungan verbal dan sosial. Dampak negatif ini menurunkan tingkat kepercayaan diri korban dan bahkan memicu gejala depresi. Diklaim juga bahwa individu dengan perilaku perundungan lebih mungkin melakukan kejahatan di kemudian hari. Dengan penerapan kebijakan anti perundungan di sekolah, diperlukan upaya yang lebih mendalam untuk membangun sejauh mana mekanisme yang ada untuk mencegah dan untuk membangun pendekatan yang lebih sistematis. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menginformasikan strategi tentang bagaimana sekolah dapat membangun lingkungan yang lebih aman melalui kolaborasi yang lebih erat antara siswa, guru, dan orang tua. Tujuan dari penlitian ini adalah untuk (1). Mengukur dampak perundungan pada siswa di SMKS Muhammadiyah 4 Sukorejo. (2). Mengevaluasi efisiensi kebijakan anti perundungan dalam praktik. Tahapan Metode Penelitian Kuesioner Kuantitatif Penelitian ini mengawali kuesioner kuantitatif di antara 60 siswa untuk memastikan kejadian dan frekuensi perundungan, jenis perundungan yang dihadapi masing-masing siswa, dan dampaknya terhadap siswa. Ini memberikan latar belakang situasi perundungan di sekolah.Wawancara Kualitatif Ini akan diikuti dengan wawancara lanjutan dengan Kepala Sekolah, Guru BK, siswa, dan wali siswa untuk pemahaman yang lebih lengkap tentang seberapa efektif kebijakan anti perundungan yang berlaku diterapkan, tingkat dukungan konseling yang diberikan kepada korban, dan peran orang tua dalam upaya pencegahan perundungan. Analisis d ata dan Perumusan Rekomendasi Temuan dari survei dan wawancara ini dianalisis baik untuk pola maupun tren dalam kasus perundungan maupun untuk merumuskan rekomendasi bagi strategi pencegahan yang dapat diintegrasikan ke dalam kebijakan sekolah. Pengembangan Model Pencegahan, berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, akan dirancang suatu model pencegahan bullying yang melibatkan penguatan sosialisasi, program edukasi bagi siswa, pelatihan bagi guru, dan pelibatan orang tua dalam setiap langkah penanganan bullying.</p>IrnawatiNi’mah HikmawatiNovarizki Galuh Ayudianningsih

<p><em>This study aims to analyze and identify transformational leadership strategies based on Islamic values that effectively drive positive change and achieve excellence in Islamic educational institutions. By integrating Islamic values into the dimensions of transformational leadership, the findings reveal that these strategies enhance educational quality, shape students’ noble character, and strengthen institutional competitiveness. The findings also highlight the importance of continuous training, community collaboration, and the development of an inspiring vision as key steps in implementing these strategies. However, the study's limitations include a narrow data scope and insufficient exploration of the role of technology in supporting institutional transformation. This research provides significant contributions both theoretically and practically, offering concrete guidelines for leaders of Islamic educational institutions to create sustainable transformation. <p><em>Abstract: This research aims to develop Interactive Multimedia based on problem based learning on the topic of me and my needs for fourth grade elementary school that is feasible and effective. This type of research is R&D using the 4D model. The research subjects were fourth grade students at SD Budi Murni 1 Medan. Data collection in research was carried out by observation, interviews, questionnaires and tests. The instruments used are questionnaire sheets, written questions. The results of the research show that the product being developed is that: The expert assessment of multimedia content/material is in very feasible criteria with an average score of (4.58) and the assessment of multimedia construction experts is in very feasible criteria with an average score of (4.62). <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis upaya guru dalam membina akhlak siswa di MAS Mizanul Kubro serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam proses tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles & Huberman yaitu reduksi data, oenyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru melakukan upaya strategis dalam pembinaan akhlak siswa di MAS Mizanul Kubro Binjai, yaitu dengan keteladanan (uswah hasanah), integrasi nilai-nilai Islami dalam pengajaran, pembiasaan adab Islami, serta pemberian hukuman dan penghargaan yang edukatif. Faktor pendukung pembinaan akhlak siswa meliputi lingkungan madrasah yang religius dan kegiatan keagamaan rutin, sedangkan faktor penghambat mencakup pengaruh negarif teman sebaya, keterbatasan guru, dan keterbatasan pengawasan. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya kolaborasi antara guru, siswa, dan lingkungan untuk menciptakan pembinaan akhlak yang efektif dan berkelanjutan. <p><em>Mathematics education is often considered difficult and boring learning. One of the causes is the lack of creative learning models, so teachers must use learning models that can rejuvenate student learning motivation, for example by using props such as props that the author has prepared, namely corner clock props. Corner clocks are a medium for teachers to make math learning more interesting and fun. The introduction of angular clock props (jasut) aims to help teachers explain abstract mathematical concepts in geometry material, namely the relationship between time and angle magnitude. This activity used several methods, namely the demonstration method, practice method, question and answer method, and evaluation method with 11 respondents at SD Negeri 110 Lura. The evaluation results showed that the angular clock learning media (JASUT) was able to improve teachers' understanding of the concept of angles and was relevant to be applied in mathematics learning, with an average teacher response of 85.5%. The supporting factors for the role of parents in forming self-regulation of children from the perspective of the values of Islamic religious education in the village are adequate facilities and infrastructure, as well as a good environment. While the inhibiting factor is the lack of limited interaction time with children and gadgets. From the results of the study it was concluded that the role of parents in shaping children's self-regulation from the perspective of the values of Islamic religious education in Mekarmukti Village, North Cikarang District, Bekasi Regency, is already good. proven based on observations and direct interviews with parents and also with their children. The results of this study are a concept about the assessment of P5, starting from before, during, and after the P5 learning activities. This article is expected to facilitate educators in implementing assessments in the Project to Strengthen the Pancasila Student Profile learning, thus becoming a credible scientific source. The Pancasila Student Profile consists of a set of characters and competencies that are intended to be achieved by students, based on the noble values of Pancasila. <p>Model pembelajaran yang kurang tepat dapat memberikan respon yang kurang baik pada pencapaian hasil belajar, sehingga perlu dilakukan rekonstruksi perkuliahan sesuai kebutuhan mahasiswa. Salah satu model transformasi model perkuliahan yang digunakan adalah model rekonstruksi perkuliahan (MER). Melalui pendekatan MER, faktor-faktor penghambat perkuliahan dapat tertelusiri secara seksama, sehingga menjadi bagian yang perlu diperbaiki secara tersttruktur. Penerapan model MER untuk kebutuhan perkuliahan pada pendidikan kimia berbasis kearifan lokal Papua terintegrasi digital, dan pendidikan karakter (respek, cerdas, rajin, jujur, dan bertanggung jawab). Model ini merespon kebutuhan kurikulum dan keunikan etnografi Papua,, namun kearifan lokal ini mengandung nilai-nilai sains yang masih terpendam, sehingga melalui model perkuliahan dihasilkan pencapaian tujuan perkuliahan yang maksimal. Desain model etnokimtek telah layak digunakan ekpert Judgemen yaitu 87,46. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba skala terbatas, dihasilkan skore Ngain rata-rata 0,692 (sedang) atau Ngain persen rata-rata 69,2 (cukup efektif)..Tanggapan dosen dan mahasiswa pada implementasi model adalah positif dengan kriteria sangat baik (53,34%) dan baik (44,64%). Sedangkan perolehan rata-rata nilai karakter adalah sangat baik 49,3(%) dan baik 36,7%). Melalui hasil perolehan Nilai konsep (Ngain), sikap, dan tanggapan, maka model Etnokimtek dapat dianggap sebuah model perkuliahan yang layak dan praktis.</p>Florida DoloksaribuLusia Narsia AmsadWigati Yektiningtias

<p><em>This article aims to examine the relationship between philosophy of science and Minangkabau natural culture in building local wisdom as the basis for knowledge development. This research focuses on how the values contained in Minangkabau culture can contribute to the formation of a scientific framework based on local wisdom. The method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis of various literature sources, interviews with Minangkabau community leaders, and observations of cultural practices related to science in everyday life. The results showed that the philosophy of life in Minangkabau culture, such as “adat basandi syarak, syarak basandi kitabullah,” has a strong relevance in the development of knowledge based on the balance between rationality and spirituality. Local wisdom in Minangkabau culture, which includes values of togetherness, mutual cooperation, and respect for nature, can be applied in the process of developing science, which is more inclusive and holistic. In addition, the role of family and society in educating the younger generation about the importance of science and moral ethics is an important aspect in this context. The implication of this research is the importance of integration between Western philosophy of science and local cultural values in the education curriculum and science development in Indonesia.
