The success of construction projects is greatly influenced by human resource factors, particularly employee motivation and job satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation and job satisfaction on the success of the Asa Casa Project in Gianyar Regency, as well as to identify the most dominant factors among the two variables. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, with data collected through questionnaires. A sample of 30 respondents was analyzed using Pearson correlation test with the help of SPSS version 24. The results show that work motivation has a significant influence on project success (r = 0.638; p < 0.01), while job satisfaction does not show a significant influence (r = 0.202; p > 0.05). The most dominant motivational factor is the relationship with coworkers, while for job satisfaction, it is the nature of the job itself. These findings highlight the importance of management’s focus on motivation to improve productivity and project success. This study is expected to serve as a reference for human resource management in similar construction projects.
I Made Yuliana MahendraKomang Agus ArianaI Gusti Ngurah Putu DharmayasaI Gusti Ngurah Putu Dharmayasa

Indonesia faces a significant increase in water-related hazards such as floods, droughts, erosion, and landslides, all of which have broad socio-economic and environmental impacts. This research originates from a gap between a relatively strong legal framework for water damage control (PDRA) and its fragmented implementation across sectors such as water resources, environment, disaster management, and spatial planning. Weak inter-agency coordination and regulatory disharmony have led to budget inefficiencies and low effectiveness in water damage mitigation. The urgency of this study lies in the need to establish a harmonized policy model aligned with the policy coherence for sustainable development framework as mandated in the 2025–2045 National Long-Term Development Plan (RPJPN). This study adopts a mixed-methods approach combining regulatory content analysis, in-depth interviews, and inter-agency focus group discussions (FGDs). The main findings reveal overlapping policies, weak cross-sectoral coordination, and inconsistencies among spatial, watershed, and disaster management planning. As a solution, this research proposes the “Four Pillars of PDRA Harmonization” model, which includes regulatory synchronization, collaborative institutions, sustainable financing, and integrated national data systems. The study recommends the establishment of a unified national water governance framework, the creation of a cross-sectoral coordination committee, and the adoption of performance-based budgeting to strengthen sustainable water governance toward a resilient and prosperous Indonesia 2045.
Andi Setyo PambudiBambang Pramujo

https://ojs.cahayamandalika.com/index.php/jtm/article/view/5309

Kadek Sandra Vera ParwatiNi Made Pitri SusantiLuh Putu Mirah Kusuma Dewi

https://ojs.cahayamandalika.com/index.php/jtm/article/view/5706

The transformation of digital technology has opened up enormous opportunities in the world of education in Indonesia. However, not all groups in society can enjoy equal access and benefits of digital education. This study aims to analyze social inequality in digital education in Indonesia through a qualitative approach based on literature studies with illustrative narrative data from mixed communities (rural, urban, lower-middle class and upper-middle class). The results of the study indicate that there are three main dimensions of inequality: (1) access to devices and internet connections, (2) digital literacy and the ability to utilize technology, (3) different outcomes of digital education use between social groups. This inequality indicates that digital education has not fully created equality, and even has the potential to strengthen social reproduction as proposed by Bourdieu. The implications of this study indicate the need for educational policies and practices that emphasize the equal distribution of digital infrastructure, increasing digital literacy, and adapting curricula that are sensitive to socio-economic condition.

Muhamad Naufal AqilNur Khasanah

This study aims to identify the factors influencing passenger satisfaction on the KMP Dharma Kartika VIII Ferry operated by PT. Dharma Lautan Utama, Palembang Branch. A total of 100 respondents participated in the survey, the majority being male (65%) and aged between 17–25 years (40%). Data from the last three months indicate an increase in both passenger and vehicle numbers, emphasizing the vessel’s crucial role in transportation and distribution activities. The findings reveal that price perception received positive evaluations, with 62% of respondents strongly agreeing that the fare is affordable, and 50% expressing high satisfaction. Trust in the company’s performance, integrity, and brand image was also rated highly, with 33% of respondents being very satisfied and 40% satisfied. Service quality was assessed positively, with 46% of respondents stating they were very satisfied with the services provided. Validity and reliability tests confirmed the data’s feasibility for analysis. The coefficient of determination showed that price perception, trust, and service quality collectively influence customer loyalty by 82.6%. However, partially, only trust and service quality had a significant impact. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the company continue to improve service quality and strengthen customer trust to maintain loyalty.
Tantawan ArsadSyafriyansyahDina Mariana
