Politically, Islamic rule in Andalusia underwent significant transitions from the initial conquest by Thariq ibn Ziyad, the establishment of the Emirate and Caliphate of Córdoba, the fragmentation during the </em><em>Muluk al-Thawa’if</em><em> era, to the interventions of the Almoravid and Almohad dynasties. Intellectually, Al-Andalus became a vibrant center of knowledge that facilitated the transmission of scientific thought from the Islamic world to Europe, largely through the translation of Arabic texts into Latin. Renowned figures such as Ibn Rushd, Al-Zahrawi, and Ibn Khaldun made monumental contributions to philosophy, medicine, and social sciences. Socially, the </em><em>convivencia</em><em> model enabled Muslims, Jews, and Christians to coexist in a relatively harmonious multicultural society, despite occasional tensions. Therefore, researchers try to use the hopscotch game as an activity to stimulate the development of gross motor skills in children. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of success of playing hopscotch in improving children's gross motor skills. This study was conducted in two cycles, namely in cycle I the results of the study showed that learning activities still had shortcomings in the hopscotch playing activities, so the researchers continued their research to perfect these shortcomings in the next cycle. And in cycle II the results of the study showed success, namely in the hopscotch playing activities the children were happy and felt happy and the strength and balance of the children's bodies were good. This is because researchers have designed very interesting learning activities, especially in the hopscotch playing activities which were carried out twice in rounds accompanied by music. The data collection method used was a questionnaire as the main method and observation, interviews and documentation as complements. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The population in this study was 147, and the number of samples was 10 students who had high academic procrastination scores, the data analysis technique used the t-test formula. Based on the analysis of the t-test calculation data obtained through the analysis, it turned out that the t value was obtained = 5.218, then consulted with the t value in the table with db (N-1) = 10-1 = 9 with a significance level of 5% = 2.262. Soedjono Selong 2025-07-23T03:00:18+00:00 Hariawan Junardi hariawanjunardi@gmail.com <p><em>The implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is a strategic step in modernizing healthcare services, aiming to improve documentation quality and service efficiency. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the implementation of EMR documentation in the Internal Medicine Ward of Dr. R. Soedjono Selong Regional General Hospital. This study used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design and involved 33 respondents consisting of healthcare workers in the internal medicine ward. The research instrument was a questionnaire measuring demographic characteristics, computer literacy, computer facilities, knowledge, and attitudes toward EMR. The results showed that age, length of service, knowledge, and attitudes were significantly associated with EMR implementation, while gender, education, profession, computer literacy, and computer facilities showed no significant association. The most dominant factor influencing EMR implementation was healthcare workers' attitudes. This study aims to describe and analyze the efficiency of information technology-based educational administration services at SMA NW Kalijaga, East Lombok, as a representative of private schools that are adaptive to digitalization. The study used a qualitative approach with a single case study design. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, and analyzed using an interactive model. The results showed that the implementation of an electronic archive management system and e-mail-based digital correspondence system was able to improve the efficiency of administrative work. On the other hand, the use of a QR-code-based attendance system had a positive impact on the accuracy of real-time student attendance recording. Furthermore, the integration of the Moodle Learning Management System (LMS) into curriculum and learning administration successfully increased the effectiveness of exam management, material distribution, and learning evaluation. Efficiency was also evident in the use of email forwarding in managing official school correspondence. The conclusion of this study states that information technology can accelerate services, improve data accuracy, and reduce administrative burdens.
