Upaya Meningkatan Kemampuan Motorik Kasar Melalui Permainan Engklek Pada Anak Kelompok B Paud Hadiqatussibyan Tahun Pelajaran 2024/2025

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that most children in group B of PAUD Hadiqatussibyan still have low gross motor skills, this is because teachers still use uninteresting and monotonous activities when providing stimulation to children. Therefore, researchers try to use the hopscotch game as an activity to stimulate the development of gross motor skills in children. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of success of playing hopscotch in improving children's gross motor skills. This study was conducted in two cycles, namely in cycle I the results of the study showed that learning activities still had shortcomings in the hopscotch playing activities, so the researchers continued their research to perfect these shortcomings in the next cycle. And in cycle II the results of the study showed success, namely in the hopscotch playing activities the children were happy and felt happy and the strength and balance of the children's bodies were good. This is because researchers have designed very interesting learning activities, especially in the hopscotch playing activities which were carried out twice in rounds accompanied by music. So it can be concluded that the hopscotch game can improve gross motor skills in children in group B at PAUD Hadiqatussibyan
