Manajemen Pendidikan Berbasis Program Tahfidzul Qur’an di Madrasah Aliyah Al-Mahmud Lombok Barat

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: to describe: (1) the planning process for the Tahfidzul Qur'an program; and (2) the process of implementing the Tahfidzul Qur'an program. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The data sources and research informants consisted of the madrasa head, tahfidz coordinator, representatives from asatiz, and several students/students. Data collection techniques use structured interviews, participatory observation and documentation.  Data analysis uses the research flow of Miles and Huberman. The research results include: First, the planning process for the Tahfizul Qur'an program went through stages such as: (a) Focusing on the Tahfidzul Qur'an program; (b) The Tahfidzul Qur'an program has become the basis of educational programs in Madrasas; (c) This Tahfidzul Qur'an program is permanent and does not change (certain time); (d) Tahfidz coordinator and asatizes as those in charge; (e) Program planning is carried out periodically; and (f) The Tahfidzul Qur'an program is evaluated periodically every semester. Second, the implementation of Tahfidzul Qur'an program management through the following stages: (a) formation of policies (values ​​and norms) as guidelines; (b) Stages of decision making, strategic steps and operations; (c) A structured and scheduled program; (d) Forming a Qur'anic person; (e) Integrated learning program; (f) Using halaqoh techniques, namely tahsin, regular and takhasus; (g) Partial evaluation of program implementation, and (h) Evaluation results in the form of a recommendation book. The Tahfizul Qur'an program, which is managed appropriately and professionally, is expected to be able to foster in students/santri an attitude of enthusiasm, love and competitive spirit in memorizing, studying and practicing the values ​​of the Qur'an so that they become Qur'anic individuals.
