Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the implementation of public relations (PR) management in Early Childhood Education (ECE) institutions and identify effective strategies for enhancing institutional image, maintaining relationships with parents, and strengthening community engagement. A qualitative research method was employed, including in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis across several ECE institutions. The findings reveal that most ECE institutions have implemented communication strategies involving newsletters, social media, and regular parent meetings. Parent involvement varies, with some institutions successfully organizing activities that actively engage parents, while others face challenges. Social media is being used but not fully optimized. Based on these findings, key recommendations include developing a more comprehensive communication plan, strengthening parent and community engagement, and optimizing social media usage. Regular evaluations are also recommended to ensure the effectiveness of PR strategies. This study provides valuable insights for ECE institutions to enhance their PR practices, which is expected to improve educational quality and community relations.
