DIMENSI GENDER DAN HUBUNGANNYA DENGAN KESEHATAN DALAM POSISI PEREMPUAN
Abstract
Gender is the difference between women and men both in their roles and responsibilities, gender also involves social rules relating to the sex of men and women. Biological differences in terms of reproductive organs between men and women do have consequences for different reproductive functions (women experience menstruation, pregnancy, postpartum and lactation; men fertilize with spermatozoa). Another difference is that male workers are stronger than women. This paper will describe the dimensions of gender and their relationship to health in the position of women in the social structure and its changes. What is important in this process is that various other instruments (in various types and forms of discourse) contribute to and strengthen the patriarchal structure of khal.
