EVALUASI KURIKULUM MERDEKA DI SMA MTA SURAKARTA
Abstract
This research explores the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum at SMA MTA Surakarta through an evaluative approach to context, input, process, and product. The results of the context evaluation show the school's commitment to keep up with the times, with provision through socialisation and technological adaptation. Input evaluation shows the teacher preparation strategy through training, collaboration with driving schools, and the use of the independent learning portal. The process evaluation highlighted the suitability of the implementation to the driving school, while challenges involved adjusting the format of teaching materials and developing modules. Product results show that implementation takes time to produce impact, with assessment focusing on formative and authentic evaluation. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection through interviews, observation, and document analysis. It was found that SMA MTA Surakarta has taken concrete steps to implement Merdeka Curriculum, but the challenges and product results show the need for continuous adjustment. With continuous commitment and adaptation, it is hoped that MTA Surakarta High School can successfully deal with curriculum changes, improve the quality of education, and form students who are ready to face the demands of the future.
