PERAN GURU DALAM MENINGKATKAN MOTIASI BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK PADA MATA PELAJARAN PPKN KELAS XI SMA NEGERI 1 TALIBURA
Abstract
This study aims to determine the role and inhibiting factors faced by PPKn teachers in the learning motivation of students at SMA Negeri 1 Talibura, Talibura District, Sikka Regency. The research method used is a qualitative approach. The data sources in this study are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The informants selected in this study were PPKn subject teachers and students. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques consisted of data collection, data reduction and conclusion drawing, based on the result of the research that the teacher’s role has carried out its role as a mentor, facilitator, mediator and motivator to increase students’ learning motivation.
