Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work ethics, workload, and work experience on employee performance at the Bolly dept. store sila district bima so as to enter thoughts to the leadership or manager of the Bolly dept. store sila, district of Bima. This research is a quantitative research. This type of research is associative with the population used in this research, namely all permanent employees at the Bolly dept. store sila, Bima district, with a total of 89 employees. The sample used in this study were permanent employees with morning to evening shifts totaling 42 employees. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling based on their duties. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analytical tool used in this study used multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 23. The results of this study are: 1) Work ethics have a partially significant effect on employee performance at the Bolly Dept. store sila, district of Bima. 2) Workload has no significant effect partially on employee performance at Bolly Dept. store sila, district of Bima. 3) Work experience has a partially significant effect on employee performance at the Bolly Dept. store sila, district of Bima. 4) There is a significant effect simultaneously between work ethics, workload and work experience on employee performance at Bolly Dept. store sila, district of Bima.
