HUBUNGAN PERSONAL HYGIENE PEDAGANG DENGAN KEBERSIHAN PANGAN JAJANAN ANAK SEKOLAH (PJAS) DI SEKOLAH DASAR WILAYAH KELURAHAN X KOTA CIREBON TAHUN 2023

Abstract

Personal hygiene traders are the hygiene of the trader's body members who must be awake during the preparation, processing and serving of the meal. Based on data from Cirebon City Health Office, the behavior of clean and healthy life (phbs) in elementary school level with (54,61%) qualified. And based on data from Pesisir Primary Health Center Work area Cirebon City where supervision where food management reached (76.5%) healthy category of the order of 8 elementary schools in Panjunan Sub-district Elementary School Area Cirebon. This research is quantitative with Cross Sectional Study design. The population in this research is all traders at Elementary School of Panjunan Sub-district Area Cirebon City. The sample using Accidental Sampling which amounted to 32 respondents. The data retrieval research was conducted on 8 May to 8 June 2017. The research instrument was a questionnaire and observation sheet. Data analysis was using univariate analysis with percentage and bivariate analysis using Chi Square test. The result of univariate analysis shows that personal hygiene was mostly good, that is 19 respondents (59,4%) and food hygiene of schoolchild (pjas) mostly enough category with 15 respondent (46,9%). Each p-value is reach the amount of 0,04<  alpha (α) 0,05. Indicating that HO is rejected and Ha accepted means there is a relationship between personal hygiene with food hygiene of school children.
