PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, MOTIVASI KERJA, KOMUNIKASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP SEMANGAT KERJA KARYAWAN TRANSMART PABELAN

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership, communication, work motivation and work environment on the morale of Transmart Pabelan employees. The population and sample in this study were all 50 employees of Transmart Pabelan who were taken using the saturated sample technique or the census was used if all the population were used as respondents, provided that the population was less than 100 people. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 21 program. The data studied are employee questionnaire data from Transmart Pabelan. The results of this study indicate that leadership, work motivation and work environment significantly affect work morale, while communication does not significantly affect work morale. The results of the coefficient of determination obtained R2 value of 0.534 or 53.4%. The results of this study mean 53.4% ​​of the variation in the dependent variable, namely employee morale is influenced by independent variables, namely leadership, work motivation, communication and work environment and the remaining 46.6% is influenced by other factors not examined.
