KEPERIBADIAN UNGGUL MELALUI PENDEKATAN BUDAYA SPIRITUAL

Abstract

Spirituality that is carried out by a person as a whole and continuously until it becomes a habit will be able to give birth to a high commitment in realizing personal excellence in achievement. The purpose of this study is to describe the splendor of spiritual culture in forming superior personalities. The targets to be achieved include: describing the form of a spiritual culture approach, the factors for forming a spiritual culture, and the steps in a spiritual culture approach, as well as the impact of applying spiritual culture in forming superior personalities. This type of research is qualitative with a case study approach that takes place at the Mataram IKIP college. The research instrument was the researcher himself, and the determination of several lecturers as research data sources was carried out using purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques. Research data collection methods using observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use flow models (data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/data verification). In conclusion, forming the superior personality of lecturers through spiritual culture with characteristics in the form of spirit values, piety, fair competition (competitive), integration of knowledge and ethical values ​​(morals), social sensitivity, and maturity in action (making decisions). Suggestions, spiritual culture can be integrated into educational programs, both structured and in relevant hidden programs.
