IMPLEMENTASI PENGEMBANGAN MODEL LATIHAN STROKES PUKULAN NETTING BULUTANGKIS DENGAN AWALAN FOOTWORK PB. GEMILANG MATARAM

Abstract

The field observations in this study were athletes who were not good at doing netting strokes, in the case of a shuttlecock lacking accuracy, an inaccuracy between the shuttlecock and the racket, shuttlecock out and footwork. Incorrect footwork can result in netting strokes skill results starting with footwork. slow, varied, boring, not systematically structured, efficient and effective.
