PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN CONNETING, ORGANIZING, REFLECTING, EXTENDING (CORE) TERHADAP PENGUASAAN KONSEP FISIKA PADA SISWA SMA KELAS X
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of the Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, Extending (CORE) learning model to improve students' mastery of physics concepts in Class X High School. This research is a quasi-experimental using experimental and control classes with a sample selection technique, namely porposive sampling, totaling 48 people. The research data was taken from the pretest and posttest to both samples. Data collection techniques using essay questions. The results of data analysis obtained the average value of the experimental class pretest 32.6 and the control class 31.2 with a homogeneous category and normally distributed. The posttest results showed an average of 82.1 for the experimental class and 77.3 for the control class. Data on the final grades of both classes were tested using the Critical one-tail t test, obtained tcount > ttable with a tcount of 2.86 and a ttable of 1.68 at a significant level of 5%, so that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. It can be concluded that there is an influence of the Connecting, Organizing, Reflecting, Extending (CORE) Learning Model on the Mastery of Physics Concepts in Class X High School Students.
