ANALISIS KOMPONEN BIAYA KONSTRUKSI PROYEK REVITALISASI TERMINAL TIPE A ARJOSARI MALANG DENGAN MENERAPKAN KONSEP GREEN BUILDING

Abstract

The passenger terminal is one of the important infrastructures in supporting the smooth mobility of land transportation. It was operated in 1989 by the Malang City Government instead of the Patimura terminal. The terminal facility building has been standing for approximately 33 (thirty-three years) and has never been revitalized. In the near future, it is planned to carry out a revitalization process by applying the concept of Green Building. The initial cost for implementing the Green Building concept is large enough that this can cause many companies to retreat to invest. To get an estimate of the cost, it is necessary to collect data on the materials used, fill in the Greenship criteria checklist and analyze the cost component. The results obtained are the estimated cost of this terminal revitalization project is approximately Rp 88 billion or an increase of around 5.92% from the initial estimate (RAB in the DED document)
