ANALISIS KUALITAS PELAYANAN DAN FASILITAS TERHADAP KEPUASAN PASIEN UMUM BEROBAT DI PUSKESMAS AEK SONGSONGAN
Abstract
Quality health services are health services that can satisfy every user of health services in accordance with the average level of satisfaction of the population and whose implementation is in accordance with established standards and professional codes of ethics. In addition to the quality of service, another thing that is no less important so that services can be delivered properly by the Puskesmas is the existence of supporting facilities for health services. The writing of this article uses the literature review method. Literature review is done by comparing research methods, processing methods and the results obtained from each article. The method used in this Literature Study uses a comprehensive strategy, such as searching articles in research journal databases and searching through the internet. Facilities and service quality affect patient satisfaction and provide better services to create excellence. Solutions to these problems require more commitment and willingness to improve facilities and service quality. More complete equipment is improved so that patients feel more satisfied. Further improving health Human Resources who have qualified management capabilities, so that they are not constrained in describing functions with the vision and mission of the Aek Songsongan Health Center. There is a partial influence of facilities with patient satisfaction, the influence of maximum service quality can increase patient satisfaction at Aek Songsongan Health Center, there is a simultaneous influence between facilities and service quality together on patient satisfaction.
