PENGARUH JOB SATISFACTION, FAIR TREATMENT, COOPERATIVENESS TERHADAP THE WHISTLEBLOWING PADA PEGAWAI KANTOR PUSAT PT TH INDO PLANTATIONS DI JAKARTA
Abstract
The research aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction, fair treatment, and cooperativeness to the whistleblowing on the employee in the head office of PT TH Indo Plantations in Jakarta. The analysis aims to answer the question (1) Does the job satisfaction, fair treatment, cooperativeness effect on the whistleblowing to the employees in the head office of PT TH Indo Plantations in Jakarta?. The subject of this research are the employees of of PT TH Indo Plantations in Jakarta. Analysis was conducted 80 respondents that all are the employees of of PT TH Indo Plantations in Jakarta. The survey was conducted using census data collection techniques because it examines all elements of the population that will be used as the sample. The study used a questionnaire instrument of Job Satisfaction (Said et al, 2017) with 7 valid statement in total. Fair Treatment measured by questionnaire Fair Treatment (Said et al, 2017) with 7 valid statement in total. Cooperativeness measured by questionnaire (Said et al, 2017) with 8 valid statement in total. The analysis conclude that (1) There is an effect of job satisfaction on the whistleblowing (2) There is an effect of fair treatment on the whistleblowing (3) There is an effect of cooperativeness on the whistleblowing (4) The results obtained from data processing show that there is an effect of job satisfaction, fair treatment, cooperativeness on the whistleblowing, hypothesis four is proven and accepted.
