KEGIATAN FUN COOKING CLASS DALAM MENINGKATKAN KREATIVITAS ANAK USIA 4-5 TAHUN DI BOBOCIL KIDS CLUB KOTA MATARAM

Abstract

Fun cooking class activities are very good activities to stimulate and build children's thinking power. Realizing this, researchers chose to try implementing fun cooking learning for young children at Bobocil Kids Club, Mataram City. This activity includes activities for managing food ingredients, children can get to know the food ingredients they make and the tools to be used, can get to know the names of the food they make and practice directly making food. This study aims to increase children's creativity through fun cooking games. Creativity in this research is that children have new ideas, can generate new ones, can solve problems in activities, get to know food ingredients by playing fun cooking activities. This type of research is classroom action research. Data collection tools consist of observation, interviews, and documentation. Action class research data analysis is carried out in a series of steps with various cycles, where in one cycle consists of four stages, namely, planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. Based on the analysis and discussion, it can be interpreted that in increasing creativity through playing fun cooking at Bina Bhakti Way Puji Kindergarten, in cycle I Students who have not developed have high presentation values, and students who are developing very well have very low presentation values. This is caused by several factors including students who are less active and less focused in receiving learning. In cycle II, students who have not developed have a slightly decreased number compared to the previous cycle. Furthermore, in cycle III, participants who had not yet developed experienced a very low number compared to the previous cycle, students who developed very well experienced very good improvements and were said to be successful with 80% marketing.
