PENGARUH PENERAPAN KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA (K3) TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how employee work productivity is affected by occupational safety and health (K3). Employees can benefit from this research by being constantly aware of workplace accidents that frequently happen. All of the workers at PT. Ultra Jaya Milk And Trading Company, Tbk. made up the study's population. The sample size is the entire population, and there are 60 employees. Utilizing Google Forms, online surveys are distributed as part of the research methodology. Descriptive statistics, coefficient of determination tests, validity and reliability tests, and t tests are utilized to analyze the data used in this study. According to the t test results, workplace safety and health have a considerable impact on employees' ability to produce work.
