Pharmacological therapy with antiemetic administration, while non-pharmacological therapy with acupressure. To determine the effect of giving acupressure therapy on nausea and vomiting after cesarean section surgery with spinal anesthesia at Aceh Tamiang District Hospital. The type of research used was quasi-experimental with a prepost test with control group design. Respondents will be given pretest and posttest treatment with a Gordon measurement scale, in the intervention group will be given acupressure therapy. The sample in this study was 48 respondents in the intervention group and 48 respondents in the control group. The sampling technique used was consecutive sampling. Data collection in April-May 2023.The results of data collection were processed using the Wilcoxon test and the Mann Whitney test. The results of the Wilcoxon test in the intervention group were p=0.000 (p<0.05) and in the control group p=0.000 (p<0.05). The Mann Whitney test results obtained p=0.000 (p<0.05), so that Ha was accepted. There is an effect of giving acupressure therapy on the level of nausea and vomiting after sectio caesarea surgery in Aceh Tamiang District Hospital.
Bambang Setiawan Copyright (c) 2023 Journal Sport Science, Health and Tourism of Mandalika (Jontak) https://ojs.cahayamandalika.com/index.php/jontak/article/view/1968 Wed, 29 Nov 2023 02:42:53 +0000 PENGARUH AROMATERAPI BUNGA MAWAR TERHADAP PENURUNAN INTENSITAS NYERI PADA PASIEN POST SECTIO CAESAREA DI RSUD TANJUNG PURA https://ojs.cahayamandalika.com/index.php/jontak/article/view/2059
Postoperative cesarean problems due to incision tears in the abdominal wall and uterine wall tissue can cause changes in continuity which cause pain in the surgical scars. Mild post-cesarean section pain occurs in 15% of cases, moderate pain in 35% of cases, severe pain in 30% of cases, and extreme pain in 20% of cases. Provision of rose aromatherapy is thought to reduce postoperative pain of sectio caesarea. To determine the effect of rose aromatherapy on postoperative pain of sectio caesarea with spinal anesthesia. This research is a quasi-experimental study using the Non-equivalent Control Group Design. This research was conducted at the Tanjung Pura Regional General Hospital, in March-April 2023. The population for this research study was cesarean section mothers at Tanjung Pura Hospital, totaling 40 people. Samples were obtained as many as 36 people. Data analysis was performed univariately in the frequency distribution table and bivariate analysis using the Mann Whitney test because the data were not normally distributed. The intensity of pain in the intervention group with rose aromatherapy, namely cesarean section mothers after spinal anesthesia at the Tanjung Pura Regional General Hospital before treatment (pretest) the majority of moderate pain (61.1%) or scale 6, and posttest all mild pain (100.0 %) or scale 1. The majority of pain intensity in the control group (pretest) is severe pain (55.6%) or scale 7, and posttest the majority of moderate pain (55.6%) or scale 4. There is an effect of giving rose aromatherapy to postoperative pain sectio caesarea with spinal anesthesia at Tanjung Pura Regional General Hospital, p = 0.000 <0.05. The mean (mean) pain intensity in the intervention group was 1.89, lower than the pain intensity in the intervention group, 3.56. Endophytic fungi associated with algae are one of the potential microorganisms to be further studied for their antifungal activity. This study aims to isolate and identify the endophytic fungi isolated from the algae Chondrus sp., to screen the content of secondary metabolites produced by these endophytic fungal isolates, and to test the activity of the extracts obtained against Candida albicans. The research began with the isolation and purification of endophytic fungi, fermentation in rice media, and extraction with ethyl acetate. The ethyl acetate extract obtained was then partitioned between methanol-water and n-hexane. The methanol extract was screened for chemical content and antifungal activity against C. albicans. In this study, 3 isolates of endophytic fungi were obtained with the codes A5-1-1, A5-1-2, and A5-2-1. Phytochemical testing showed that all methanol extracts of endophytic fungi from the algae Chondrus sp. contain alkaloid compounds, extracts from isolates A5-1-2 and A5-2-1 contain triterpene compounds, and extract A5-1-2 contains polyphenol compounds. The antifungal test showed that the endophytic fungi methanol extract with code A5-1-2 showed the best antifungal activity compared to the other two fungi extracts against C. albicans (MIC 500 μg/mL) which was included in the weak category.
Ni Kadek Ari Kristiani, Ni Putu Ariantari Copyright (c) 2023 Journal Sport Science, Health and Tourism of Mandalika (Jontak) https://ojs.cahayamandalika.com/index.php/jontak/article/view/1869 Wed, 29 Nov 2023 02:49:37 +0000 KAJIAN KESESUAIAN PENYIMPANAN SEDIAAN OBAT DAN ANALISIS SISTEM PENYIMPANAN OBAT GUDANG FARMASI DI DAERAH BALI TIMUR TAHUN 2022 https://ojs.cahayamandalika.com/index.php/jontak/article/view/1894
Inappropriate medicine storage can cause the stored medicines to suffer losses in the preparation product which will result in damage to the medicine before the expired date. To avoid damage in drug storage, it is necessary to conduct a good storage and practice medicine storage system analysis. This study aims to analyze the medicine storage system and the suitability of medicine storage in the East Bali Regional Pharmacy Warehouse against the regulations of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in 2007. This research is a descriptive study using qualitative data. Sampling is based on total technique sampling. The types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from direct observation and interviews, secondary data was obtained from medicine storage data for 2022. The results of the study showed the suitability of storing medicine preparations in the East Bali District Pharmacy Warehouse against the regulations of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in 2007, indicating that all indicators were following the regulations of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in 2007, based on research results showing that they were categorized in the very good to good category. The medicine storage system at the East Bali District Pharmacy Warehouse against standards shows that all indicators were in accordance with the standars.
Ni Luh Swastini, I Gusti Ayu Agung Septiari Septiari , I Gusti Ngurah Mayun Copyright (c) 2023 Journal Sport Science, Health and Tourism of Mandalika (Jontak) https://ojs.cahayamandalika.com/index.php/jontak/article/view/1894 Wed, 29 Nov 2023 02:52:43 +0000 PENGARUH PEMBERIAN EDUKASI PRE-OPERATIF DENGAN PEMUTARAN VIDEO PROSEDUR ANESTESI TERHADAP TINGKAT KECEMASAN PADA PESIEN SPINAL ANESTESI DI IBS RSUD KOLONEL https://ojs.cahayamandalika.com/index.php/jontak/article/view/1971
According to data, 90% of preoperative patients have the potential to experience anxiety.
