Dalam kategori seni tunggal, tendangan belakang menjadi teknik penting yang memerlukan kombinasi rotasi tubuh, keseimbangan, dan akurasi tinggi, namun banyak pesilat mengalami kesulitan dalam mengeksekusinya secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis biomekanika gerakan tendangan belakang guna mengidentifikasi faktor teknis yang mempengaruhi efektivitas gerakan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan observasi dan perekaman video menggunakan perangkat lunak Kinovea 0.9.5 untuk menganalisis sudut tendangan, rotasi tubuh, serta stabilitas pesilat. Sampel terdiri dari enam atlet pencak silat yang aktif berkompetisi di Padepokan Silat Gunung Talang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tiga dari enam atlet belum mencapai sudut tendangan ideal (110 derajat). Jarak Panjang tangan dan tungkai, sudut fleksi tubuh, stabilitas tubuh dan daya ledak otot tungkai juga memengaruhi kualitas tendangan. Kesimpulannya, gerakan tendangan belakang atlet Padepokan Silat Gunung Talang masih belum ideal. Peningkatan fleksibilitas, koordinasi gerak, dan kekuatan tungkai diperlukan untuk menghasilkan tendangan yang sesuai standar IPSI. This study aims to analyze the impact of integrating plyometric training with AI-based video analysis on improving shot accuracy and jump height. The research employs an experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The population consists of university-level basketball athletes, with a sample of 30 players divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group underwent plyometric training combined with AI video feedback, while the control group performed conventional plyometric exercises. The results indicate that the experimental group experienced a significant improvement in shooting accuracy and jump height compared to the control group (p &lt; 0.05). These findings suggest that AI-based video analysis provides more objective and effective feedback for enhancing athlete performance. If not managed properly, it can affect physiological stability—such as elevated blood pressure and heart rate—which may interfere with the surgical procedure or even result in its cancellation. One approach to reduce anxiety is through a Mindfulness-Based Intervention (MBI) using healing prayer. This technique encourages individuals to be fully present and aware, while prayer provides calmness and emotional comfort. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Mindfulness-Based Intervention using healing prayer in reducing preoperative anxiety among patients at Permata Hati Hospital. This quasi-experimental study employed a pretest-posttest design with two groups. A total of 32 patients were divided into intervention and control groups using consecutive sampling. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The results show that the intervention significantly reduced preoperative anxiety (p-value = 0.000, &lt; 0.05). In the intervention group, 56.3% of respondents experienced moderate anxiety, with a mean pretest score of 28.63 and a posttest score of 14.63. In contrast, most respondents in the control group (68.8%) experienced severe anxiety, with a mean pretest score of 29.06 and a posttest score of 29.19. Dua jenis ujian dilaksanakan,iaitu ujian pra dan ujian pasca terhadap ujian bateri. Ujian pra dijalankan sebelum latihan tersebut dijalankan pada minggu pertama, manakala ujian pasca pula dijalankan selepas latihan tersebut selesai dijalankan pada minggu ke enam. Kajian dijalankan di Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Datuk Peter Mojuntin, Penampang. Subjek kajian (n = 34) terdiri daripada atlet acara lari pecut 100 meter yang dibahagikan kepada dua kumpulan, iaitu kumpulan intervensi (n = 17) yang mengikuti program latihan plometrik dan kumpulan kawalan (n = 17) yang tidak menjalani program tersebut. Selain itu, kaedah penyelidikan eksperimental digunakan bagi memperoleh data mentah melalui ujian bateri, iaitu Ujian Lompat Menegak (ULM) yang bertujuan menguji tahap komponen kuasa dan Ujian Lari Pecut 30 meter (ULP) bagi menguji tahap komponen kepantasan. Data mentah dikumpul dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan </em><em>Statistic Package for Social Science (SPSS) edisi ke-29</em><em>. Ujian yang digunakan semasa menggunakan SPSS adalah Ujian-t Berpasangan bagi melihat perbezaan analisis antara kumpulan dan jantina. Analisis ujian-t berpasangan untuk ULM dan ULP bagi kumpulan intervensi dengan kumpulan kawalan melalui ujian pra dan ujian pasca. Nilai Sig. ujian pra bagi ULM (Sig. = .08, p &gt; .05) dan bagi ULP (Sig. = .30, p &gt; .05) menunjukkan tidak terdapat kesan latihan pliometrik. Nilai Sig. ujian pasca bagi ULM (Sig. = .00, p &lt; .05) dan bagi ULP (Sig. = .00, p &lt; .05) menunjukkan terdapat kesan latihan pliometrik. Selain itu, analisis ujian-t berpasangan untuk ULM dan ULP bagi jantina melalui ujian pra dan ujian pasca. Nilai Sig. ujian pra bagi lelaki adalah ULM (Sig. = 1.00, p &gt; .05) dan bagi ULP (Sig. = .60, p &gt; .05), manakala bagi perempuan adalah ULM (Sig. = .51, p &gt; .05) dan bagi ULP (Sig. = .39, p &gt; .05) menunjukkan tidak terdapat kesan latihan pliometrik. The results of this study can be used as a basis for evaluating the training program planning for the Moyosyaqi Swimming Club.The methods used in this study include measuring speed through a 30m sprint, assessing leg muscle strength using the Leg Dynamometer test, determining flexibility through the Standing Trunk Flexion test, and evaluating endurance (VO2max) using the MFT (Multilevel Fitness Test). Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the average sprint speed of female swimmers from the Moyosyaqi Swimming Club in Lombok was 5.26 m/s, classified as "below average" in terms of time. The average leg muscle strength was 46.56 kg, classified as "very poor", the average flexibility was 20.2 cm, classified as "excellent", and the average VO2max endurance was 27.96 ml/kg/min, classified as "poor". The research employed an experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design, without a control group. A total of 20 players participated in the training program over a period of six weeks, with sessions conducted three times per week. Data were collected using passing skill tests administered before and after the treatment. Statistical analysis using a <em>t</em>-test revealed that the <em>t</em> value obtained was 6.49, which exceeded the <em>t</em> table value of 3.08 at a 5% significance level (df = 19). This indicates a significant difference between the pretest and posttest scores, suggesting that varied passing training had a positive effect on players’ passing abilities.
