This article examines how the integration of religious values in cultural education can be an effective strategy to strengthen the character of the younger generation of Indonesia. This research was conducted through a qualitative approach based on literature studies from 10 relevant national and international scientific articles. The findings show that the integration of religious values and local culture can create a deep educational ecosystem, not only in the cognitive aspect, but also touching the affective and spiritual realms of students. In a formal environment, these values are integrated through the curriculum, school culture, and contextual learning methods based on local wisdom. Meanwhile, in a non-formal environment, teaching practices based on religious communities, Islamic boarding schools, and madrasas play an important role in the formation of students' social and spiritual character. This article also highlights the importance of role models and environmental consistency in making religious and cultural values an integral part of students' lives. The results of this study recommend a character education model that is integrated with the nation's cultural and religious identity as a holistic approach in responding to the moral challenges of the younger generation, while supporting the vision of Indonesia Emas 2045.
Malang District, with its diversity of tourist villages rich in unique local wisdom and natural distinctiveness, requires an approach that integrates local wisdom and legal certainty to achieve sustainable tourism. Local wisdom includes cultural values, traditions, and social practices that have long been passed down and become a strong identity of each village, making it an important asset in attracting tourists through authentic experiences that are different from other destinations. This research analyzes how the integration of local wisdom and the support of legal certainty can create a safe, comfortable, and friendly tourism environment for visitors and local communities. Legal certainty through clear and structured regulations such as Law No. 10/2009 on Tourism and Regional Regulation of East Java Province No. 4 of 2022, is needed to provide protection of community rights and avoid conflicts in tourism management. The results of this study are expected to serve as a model for the development of tourism villages that not only focus on economic improvement, but also pay attention to cultural preservation, environmental sustainability, and local community empowerment. This integration creates a solid foundation for tourism villages in Malang Regency to develop sustainably and competitively in the long term.
Azna Abrory Wardana Copyright (c) 2025 Azna Abrory Wardana https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://ojs.cahayamandalika.com/index.php/armada/article/view/4851 Wed, 21 May 2025 19:05:29 +0000 Determinants of Stock Returns: The Role of Ownership Structure, Firm Fundamentals, and Market Variables in Sharia Stocks https://ojs.cahayamandalika.com/index.php/armada/article/view/4852
This study aims to examine the effect of ownership structure (institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and foreign ownership), firm fundamentals (profitability, leverage, dividend policy, and firm size), and market variables (book-to-market ratio, trading volume, and stock volatility) on the stock returns of Sharia-compliant firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2020 pandemic crisis. The study utilizes a sample of 322 Sharia-compliant firms in 2020 and employs multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that managerial ownership and institutional ownership do not have a significant effect on stock returns, while foreign ownership has a negative effect. Regarding firm fundamentals, Return on Assets (ROA) and market capitalization have a positive effect on stock returns, whereas leverage and dividend policy do not show significant influence. Among market variables, the book-to-market ratio has a positive effect on stock returns, while trading volume and stock volatility are found to be insignificant. These findings suggest that during a crisis period, firm fundamentals and stock valuation remain the primary determinants influencing investment decisions in the Sharia stock market.
Lela Hindasah Copyright (c) 2025 Lela Hindasah https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://ojs.cahayamandalika.com/index.php/armada/article/view/4852 Mon, 26 May 2025 00:00:00 +0000 The Feminine Aspect in Islamic Spirituality (A Study of the Thought of Annemarie Schimmel) https://ojs.cahayamandalika.com/index.php/armada/article/view/4900
This research aims to explain the feminine aspect in Islamic spirituality by using the study of Annemarie Schimmel's thoughts. The term feminine is generally interpreted as a trait, a characteristic possessed by women. In the context of Sufism, the terms feminine and masculine do not lie in literal gender, but rather in the characteristics or spiritual traits that are considered to have traits that are often identified with the concept of feminine or masculine. The type of research used in this study is a pure type of library research that examines various related information from both primary data sources (primary source) and supporting data sources (second source). The results of this study explain that women have a very important role in Sufism. The attributes of Jalal and Jamal are two aspects of Allah's attributes towards His Essence. This is what Annemarie Schimmel's thinking is based on, she shows various feminine elements, such as the archetype of the soul (nafs) which is represented and embodied in the form of a woman, because nafs in Islam has several meanings associated with traits that are considered female characteristics. In the Quran for example, nafs can mean “soul” that incites evil (QS Yusuf: 53), “accusing soul” (QS al-Qiyamah :2), or “peaceful soul” (QS al-Fajr: 27-28).
Umi Umi, Agus Ali Dzawafi, Hafidz Taqiyuddin Copyright (c) 2025 Umi Umi, Agus Ali Dzawafi, Hafidz Taqiyuddin https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://ojs.cahayamandalika.com/index.php/armada/article/view/4900 Thu, 29 May 2025 09:14:50 +0000 Innovations in Public Administration: Responding to Governance Challenges in the Digital Age https://ojs.cahayamandalika.com/index.php/armada/article/view/4910
This study explores the strategic role of innovation in public administration as a response to the evolving challenges of governance in the digital age. Using a qualitative approach through library research, this paper analyzes various theoretical perspectives and empirical findings related to digital transformation in the public sector. The research highlights that innovations in public administration are not limited to the adoption of digital technologies but are also deeply embedded in institutional structures, organizational culture, and citizen engagement mechanisms. Key findings reveal that the success of public sector innovation depends on multiple interrelated factors such as transformational leadership, adaptive regulatory frameworks, technological infrastructure, and human resource capacity, particularly in digital literacy. The study also emphasizes the importance of cross-sector collaboration and localized adaptation in implementing effective digital governance. Despite significant advancements, challenges remain, including digital divides, bureaucratic inertia, and cybersecurity threats, which hinder inclusive and efficient public service delivery. Comparative insights from both developed and developing countries show that digital innovation must align with local contexts and institutional readiness to generate sustainable impact. This study contributes to the theoretical discourse by framing innovation as a multidimensional and interactive process shaped by political, technological, and societal dynamics. Practically, it offers policy recommendations to strengthen institutional capacity, foster innovation-friendly environments, and promote inclusive governance through digital means. The findings underscore the urgent need for public institutions to transition from traditional bureaucratic models to agile, citizen-centered, and data-driven governance systems that are better equipped to meet the demands of the digital era.
Tony Pathony Copyright (c) 2025 Tony Pathony https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://ojs.cahayamandalika.com/index.php/armada/article/view/4910 Fri, 30 May 2025 09:26:05 +0000 Pengaruh User Generated Content Dan Electronic Word Of Mouth Terhadap Purchase Intention Daviena Skincare Di Tiktok Tinjauan Perspektif Bisnis Islam Pada Generasi Z Di Kota Bandar Lampung https://ojs.cahayamandalika.com/index.php/armada/article/view/4862
In response, researchers have explored adjunctive therapies, including antioxidants, to enhance antibiotic performance and reduce oxidative stress-related complications. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of combining antibiotics with antioxidants in treating ABRTIs by employing a qualitative approach through systematic literature review and library research. Data were collected from peer-reviewed journals, scientific databases, and relevant academic publications spanning the last two decades. The findings reveal that oxidative stress plays a crucial role in the progression and severity of bacterial infections in the respiratory tract. Antioxidants such as N-acetylcysteine, vitamin C, and glutathione have shown promising synergistic effects when combined with conventional antibiotics. These combinations not only improve microbial clearance but also minimize tissue damage and inflammatory responses. Furthermore, the literature indicates a potential role for antioxidants in mitigating antibiotic-induced toxicity and in restoring immune balance. However, despite encouraging preclinical and limited clinical data, there remains a lack of large-scale, randomized controlled trials to confirm the therapeutic advantage of this combination. The study concludes that while the integration of antioxidants into antibiotic therapy appears promising, further empirical validation is essential. These findings highlight the importance of continued interdisciplinary research to optimize therapeutic protocols for ABRTIs.
Neng Mira Atjo, Aninda Tanggono Copyright (c) 2025 Neng Mira Atjo, Aninda Tanggono https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://ojs.cahayamandalika.com/index.php/armada/article/view/4944 Tue, 10 Jun 2025 00:00:00 +0000 Victimological Analysis of Law No. 31 of 2014 Concerning Protection of Witnesses and Victims https://ojs.cahayamandalika.com/index.php/armada/article/view/4973
This study aims to analyze Law No. 31 of 2014 concerning the Protection of Witnesses and Victims from a victimological perspective. These legal instruments mandate the use of Bahasa Indonesia in agreements involving Indonesian parties, including cross-border business transactions. Employing a qualitative, normative legal research methodology grounded in literature review (library research), this article examines statutory provisions, judicial decisions, and scholarly commentary to assess the consistency and clarity of legal enforcement. The study reveals significant inconsistencies in judicial interpretation and application of the language law—rulings have varied from nullifying contracts to accepting foreign language agreements, often dependent on interpretations of legal formality and good faith. The recent issuance of Supreme Court Circular Letter No. 3 of 2023 signals a shift toward more flexible enforcement, emphasizing intent and fairness over strict linguistic formalism. This inconsistency, however, generates legal uncertainty, increases transaction costs, and creates risks for opportunistic contract annulment. The study also compares Indonesia’s regulatory stance with Malaysia’s more permissive approach, which prioritizes contractual intent over language requirements. It argues that Indonesia must reform its legal framework to enhance certainty and investment attractiveness without undermining national identity. This reform includes clearer legal guidance and harmonization of judicial decisions to strike a balance between statutory compliance and international commercial practice.
Lintang Lasmita Sari, Fabrian Iman Laksmono Simorangkir, Karlsen Adiyasa Bachtiar, Novena Kristina Sari, Reinhart Christian Copyright (c) 2025 Lintang Lasmita Sari, Fabrian Iman Laksmono Simorangkir, Karlsen Adiyasa Bachtiar, Novena Kristina Sari, Reinhart Christian https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://ojs.cahayamandalika.com/index.php/armada/article/view/4960 Wed, 18 Jun 2025 09:06:38 +0000 Tanggung Jawab Hukum dalam Perdagangan E-Commerce Lintas Negara https://ojs.cahayamandalika.com/index.php/armada/article/view/4992
The selection of teaching methods is a procedure, sequence, steps, and approach used by educators in designing the achievement of learning goals. The selection of methods and the use of Indonesian language learning models, such as the grammar-translation method, the direct method, and the audiolingual method, demonstrate a dominant characteristic. The use of Indonesian language teaching methods is a "theory" of Indonesian language instruction, which means a practical theory. This study aims to scientifically examine various effective learning methods. The use of methods in learning is one of the key aspects that must be studied and analyzed in Indonesian language teaching. The development of science and technology has led the education system in Indonesia to become influenced by extreme learning models or methods. Consequently, Indonesian language teaching has lacked a systematic reference or body of knowledge (core knowledge) on learning methods for decades. The results of this study show a significant impact with the proper selection of learning methods and the use of learning media, which can lead to the discovery of truth and new knowledge for students. Therefore, the choice of method and the use of learning media must be precise, as many methods are more inclined toward personal opinions (views) rather than facts (reality).
Muh. Saleh. The analysis method used is panel data regression with the selection of the best model through the Chow Test, Hausman Test, and Lagrange Multiplier Test, where the results show that the best model used is the fixed effect model. Hypothesis testing is carried out using the t-test (partial), F-test (model feasibility), and Coefficient of Determination Test (Adjusted R²). The results of the t-test show that the EPS variable has a positive and significant effect on stock prices (significance value 0.02), while the CR and DER variables do not have a significant effect on stock prices with significance values of 0.52 and 0.77, respectively. The regression model is declared feasible to use based on the significant F-test results (F = 20.34; sig. 0.00), and the Adjusted R² value of 0.87 indicates that 87% of the variation in stock prices can be explained by the three independent variables in the model. This finding indicates that investors in the energy sector consider the profitability aspect more in making investment decisions, while liquidity and solvency ratios are not dominant factors in determining stock prices.
Udin Saepudin Copyright (c) 2025 Udin Saepudin https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://ojs.cahayamandalika.com/index.php/armada/article/view/4921 Tue, 24 Jun 2025 07:09:11 +0000 Analysis of Construction Management Functions in Commercial Building Development Projects in Medan City https://ojs.cahayamandalika.com/index.php/armada/article/view/4942
Commercial buildings are buildings that accommodate various commercial functions such as villas, hotels, resorts, trade, office space for rent, and others. according to its type, a commercial building is a building that is planned and designed to bring benefits to the owner and its users.
