Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa Wonoagung Melalui Pendampingan Pemasaran Produk Kopi Susu Bubuk untuk Penguatan Ekonomi Lokal
Abstract
This community service activity aims to empower MSMEs in Wonoagung Village through marketing assistance for Coffee Milk Powder products to strengthen the local economy. The program was implemented using a participatory approach that actively involved the community at every stage of the activity, including needs surveys, basic marketing socialization, digital marketing training, product promotion practice assistance, and evaluation of activity results. The results of the activity showed an average increase of 42% in participants' understanding of digital marketing concepts and the application of social media as a promotional tool. Most participants were able to create business accounts, upload product content, and carry out independent promotions in the marketplace. In addition to increasing individual capacity, this activity also had a social impact in the form of the formation of collaborative networks among MSMEs that play a role in strengthening the village economy. Thus, participatory-based mentoring has proven effective as a sustainable community empowerment model in local economic development.
