Strategi Komunikasi Guru TK Al-Bina Dalam Membina Kemampuan Membaca Iqro’ Dasar di TK Al-Bina Greneng Desa Sakra Timur Tahun Ajaran 2025/2026
Abstract
The purpose of this community service activity is to train teachers in Teacher Communication Strategy in Fostering Basic Iqro’ Reading Ability in Al-bina Greneng Kindergarten, Sakra Timur Village, East Lombok Regency. This is based on the lack of experience and skills of teachers in developing basic Iqro’ reading strategies in the Qur’an. The specific target achieved from this training activity is to provide reinforcement and improve teacher skills in using Teacher Communication Strategy in Fostering Basic Iqro’ Reading Ability. The method used in this community service activity is participatory training and mentoring. All teachers in the institution become training participants in community service. The implementation of this community service activity includes providing material on Teacher strategies in fostering basic Iqro’ reading ability. After conceptual strengthening, then conducting intensive mentoring in evaluation practices based on standardized program evaluation mechanisms starting from selecting programs to be evaluated, formulating objectives, determining the evaluation model used, developing instruments, collecting data, and analyzing data from the results of program evaluations. To ensure the sustainability of the results of this activity, ongoing mentoring is provided between teachers and the Community Service Implementation Team to ensure the objectives of this community service activity are optimally achieved.
